Juice ingredients in a juicer and serve. Alternatively, add ingredients to a blender with 1-2 cups water, puree and strain using a nut milk bag.
Simple can be this good! With just 3 ingredients, this juice is fast and easy to make. Parsley makes an excellent diuretic, great for flushing excess water/retention and weight loss.
Makes about 1 cup juice.
Feel free to add water to dilute or double recipe.
Variation: replace parsley with fresh coriander or dill.
Variation: use any kind of apple. Yellow apples are sort of like Granny Smith apples, but are slightly sweeter. The apple is really what makes this juice, so have fun varying it up.
Variation: any other green will work fine here, including chard, collard and lettuce.
