Add ingredients with a bit of non-dairy milk for consistency in a high speed blender and whip to a creamy consistence. Pour into 2 serving dishes, top with your fave garnishes if using, and serve immediately.
The spirulina adds a touch of green and protein power to this easy-peasy sorbet recipe.
To freeze ripe bananas: peel and slice crosswise into pieces. Place in a glass container and freeze. That's it :)
Feel free to add your favorite toppings, such as chopped nuts and seeds, shredded coconut, chocolate or carob chips, etc., although great just as is!
