Cut the banana lengthwise. Place in a bowl. Cover the banana with Chocolate Mousse. Add a scoop or two of Choco Coco Mint Ice Cream on the side. Decorate with your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, shredded coconut, raisins, etc. Makes 1 serving.
