CF, DF, EF, FF, GF, GRF, MF, NUTF, SALF, SOYF, SUF, YF
This juice is so simple with just 2 ingredients! But what splendid taste!
Blend together in a high speed blender; pour into a nut milk bag and squeeze out juice. Alternatively, do the above but just use the chard. Rinse out the blender and add the chard juice with the cantaloupe. Blend and serve. If you have a juicer, juice the chard first then blend with the cantaloupe in a blender (no need for water, but you can add it to dilute the juice, if you like).
Simple 2-ingredient juice that is absolutely refreshing on a hot summer's day.
