CF, DF, EF, FF, GF, GRF, MF, NUTF, SALF, SOYF, SUF, YF
Whip all ingredients in a blender. Serve and enjoy :)
Not only is this shake easy-peasy to make, it's healthy too! The spirulina is what gives this shake it's green color, and you can always use chlorella (crush to a powder using a coffee grinder) or liquid chlorophyll instead.
To turn this into a post-workout shake, simply add in a scoop of your fave protein powder.
To add some texture and a fun element, add in 1 TBsp of chia or poppy seed.
