Add all ingredients to a 1-liter mason jar and pour boiling water to the top of the jar, ensuring all herbs are submerged under the water. Put on lid and screw cap and let sit 4-8 hours or overnight. Strain out herbs using a fine mesh sieve, pushing on the herbs with the back of a spoon or using your hands to squeeze out all liquid from the herbs. Drink 1-3 cups throughout the day. Can also use this liquid to replace water/milk in smoothies.
