A thick, refreshing and energizing smoothie.
If using a juicer: juice the celery and apples using a juicer; then blend this juice with the mangoes in a high speed blender.
If using a blender: blend the celery, apples and water in a high speed blender like the Vitamix, then pour through a nut milk bag. Rinse out the blender and puree the juice with the mangoes.
This is an easy 3-ingredient to make and uses NO greens. Instead, cool celery adds refreshing appeal. You could always add in a handful or two of chopped greens instead of the celery, if you like.
