A simple 3-ingredient juice that tastes highly refreshing and helps with weight loss :)
While using seedless fruit means less work, do peel unless you want a bitter-tasting juice. An alternative is to use a citrus press.
Variation: you can manually juice the oranges and grapefruit first, then blend this juice in a blender with the lettuce as a sort of smoothie. OR, juice the lettuce and add together with the orange/grapefruit juice.
