Blend all ingredients in a blender to a smooth consistency and serve.
3-ingredient green smoothie recipe. If you don't mind the extra fiber from the peels, you can leave them on the pears and apple.
Final Variation: juice the kale and apple. Add the juice to a blender with the pears (peeled and cored), whip 'til smooth and serve. Delish!
