CF, DF, EF, FF, GF, GRF, MF, NUTF, SALF, SOYF, SUF, YF
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Serve. Store remainders in the fridge up to 1-2 days.
This makes quite a lot of green smoothie, so feel free to reduce by half or keep the rest in the fridge. If you find the kale stems too fibrous for you in your smoothie, just use the leaves. Any other green will work fine here, too.
Variation1: Juice the first 4 ingredients (you can use a manual press for the citrus fruit). Add juice to a blender and blend in bananas.
Variation2: Juice the kale and pomegranates. Add to blender with the citrus fruit and bananas. Use a bit of water if needed.
Variation3: Juice the kale and add the juice with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Use less water than specified in the recipe to make your smoothie a thick (not watery) puree.
