CF, DF, EF, FF, GF, MF, NUTF, SALF, SOYF, SUF, YF
Add all to a bowl and stir 'til combined. Grease 9x 9 glass pan with coconut oil (oil free: use parchment paper to cover pan). Spread evenly. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Cut into pieces (tear off parchment paper before cutting into squares). Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate any remainders. Makes 9 squares.
Variation: When the pan comes out of the oven, smother the top with coconut oil and dust with stevia powder. Serve warm. You can also top with additional raisins.
Variation: Replace the raisins with goji berries, carob chips, chocolate chips, date pieces OR frozen blueberries.
Variation: Want a bit of spice? Add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice OR cinnamon with the rest of the ingredients.
