Instead of the blender method, use a juicer to juice all ingredients. Add juice to a blender with the bananas and blend 'til smooth. Mmmm, smooth.
Instead of peeling and seeding oranges, feel free to manually juice them (or peel and use seedless). Use any type of apple or pear, as you like. You can drink the juice without adding in the bananas and turning it into a smoothie.
