Whip ingredients in a high speed blender to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
To freeze bananas: peel and chop bananas into pieces, then place in glass container or plastic bag. Freeze. Let bananas thaw just slightly (5 minutes) before using.
Feel free to use any protein or greens powder of your choice :)
Makes a good post workout energy boost and a healthy snack/dessert. Easily doable to double or triple recipe to share with a friend :)
Variation: Add in a pinch of vanilla OR cinnamon.
Variation: Sprinkle on buckwheaties (sprouted & dried buckwheat) or whole sunflower seeds for texture.
Variation: Try with hemp seeds, almonds, cashews or other nut of your choice. Soaking the seeds/nut (which releases enzyme inhibitors) is up to you :)
Variation: Replace the bananas with pieces from 2 frozen mangoes.
