Blend ingredients in a high speed blender like the Vitamix to a thick paste. Spread thinly on solid Teflex sheets in the dehydrator. Dehydrate 2 hrs at 145F then lower to 115F. Flip and remove Teflex sheets. Using a ceramic or plastic knife, score the "dough" into small squares. Continue drying on the mesh trays until dry. Store crackers in the pantry.
This is an incredibly simple recipe to make GF and GRF crackers using just 3 ingredients.
They sell these kind of "raw crackers" in health food stores, but why buy when you can make your own much more cheaply!
You could use golden or brown flax seeds OR chia seeds OR any combo, as you prefer.
Feel free to double this recipe --- although they have a long shelf life of 6 months, they might not make it 'til then ;)
